  • 1. How much does it cost? The information is free. Some tasting sessions have a small fee.
  • 2. Where do you get the nutrition information? All the information is research based and provided from the Department of Agriculture (USDA)
  • 3. How long are the sessions? 1 to 2 hours
  • 4. Is there any hands on food preparations? Yes, we believe in "Learn by Doing."
  • 5. Does the program involve physcial activity? Yes!
