Hillsborough County 4-H
Educational Programs

Hillsborough County 4-H offers a wide range of youth development opportunities.

4-H Clubs

Hillsborough County 4-H has approximately 40 4-H clubs established in the county.  Youth who enroll as 4-H members enroll with a 4-H club.  The clubs typically meet once or twice per month.  At the meetings, 4-H youth members are elected as officers and they coordinate a business meeting.  Each meeting is comprised of 3 parts:  1.) Business meeting, 2.) Educational component, and 3.) Fun.  Some clubs focus on specific project areas such as dog training, swine, dairy, or leadership and other clubs are community clubs with a broad range of projects that members participate in.
